After a rewarding 30 years of Selling Strategies, I have retired. I am proud to have worked with organizations driven to reach new heights and with people who want to excel.
During her career, Emily earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation from the Society of CIC , the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation from the National Speakers Association and the CMC (Certified Management Consultant) designation from the Institute of Management Consultants.
Emily was a longtime member of WSIA (Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association), National Speakers Association and Institute of Management Consultants. She served on the national faculty of the Society of CIC for 25 years.
Emily and her husband, John White, live in Terrell, NC, north of Charlotte. They love to travel, play golf, entertain at their in-house Josmo’s Cafe, and spend as much time as possible with family and friends. Retirement activities include involvement in the local Friends of the Library literacy program, participating in events and volunteering with the Hickory Museum of Art, and to strengthening community relationships.
John continues to expand his interesting hobbies. He’s been making leather bags for several years that are gorgeous. Recently, he brought back to life a Harley Davidson pinball machine. Josmo’s Café now has a game room!
